Add "All time" and/or "Custom time range" to Query Range

There’s day, week, month, 7 days, 30 days in the Query Range options.
I think adding “All Time” and a custom time range option would be useful.

In the meantime, there’s a Year view hidden behind a setting (Settings → “Show yearly”) that covers some of the “all time” use case.
