Instead of choosing the deepest category, I would appreciate having the option for it to categorize in multiple areas. I like to categorize based on Productive and Unproductive so I would like to have some YouTube videos as either Productive or Unproductive, but all of them go under Media->Video as well.
We are planning to add the ability to rate different categories as either productive or unproductive which should solve your use-case, so then such a feature should not be needed.
Exactly how we are going to rate categories however is what is undecided.
