Some websites won’t have the website name in their title, so I want the categories to match the URL as well.

I came in here looking for the same, but it seems that’s not yet possible:
From docs:
We do not support matching URLs from the web watcher yet, but it is a planned feature. You can work around this by using a browser extensions that adds the URL to the window title
