I use projectnummers in the format yyyynnnn in all filesnames, sometime the filename has 3 letters in front sepparated by a - sign ( AbD-yyyynnnn)
sometimes filenames have to be in a format like iso 19650 then the filenames start with a projectcode (a short lettercombination) followed by a -sign.
Sometimes we need to use portals online, wich might have a reference in the address-bar. How do I easily set things up, so that only when needed for projects with a projectcode, or when using portals online, i need to setup a (sub) category, so that projects with a projectnumer, AND a projectcode, and even maybe an UUID in the adresbar are grouped together as 1 project, so no manual adding up the hours is needed?
