Limit youtube usage for my kids

Hi, I have setup AW on my kids computers and it seems to track well time they spent on youtube. Now I am interested if AW can limit time the kids could spent on youtube each day. It could be something as simple as activeWindowTitle=youtube and totalActiveWindowTime > 1h then run a program (I would write a script to show a message or block youtube access).

There are a bunch of browser extensions that are able to block after a certain amount of time that you could check out.
