The app icon already is monochrome but it does not use my material you colours.
Android picks colours from your home screen wallpaper and, if activated, styles all app icons with that colour palette. That is not a launcher or icon pack. That’s a feature of android. Since your app icon already is monochrome, it’s not difficult to activate it.
