My laptop is in Domain in that i need to activity watch is it possabile

My laptop is in Organzation Domain here we need to install a activity watch is it work and i tried with installting but its showing as permission denied

Installing software needs Administrator privileges in Window. Get the “Organization” to approve the installation.
