Even though I uninstalled ActivityWatch it still pops up this window:

Watched what’s running in services, cleaned registers…
Tried to install once again (via installer) and uninstall, same happens…
That message is from the web watcher, not the main ActivityWatch bundle.
After removing the web extension, the message should no longer appear.

Indeed, I totally forgot about browser plugin (despite I searched throughout my machine and browser files as well).
